Background and Qualifications

Mr. Odhiambo is the founding partner at ONM Advocates . He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. 

Mr Odhiambo is an astute business lawyer with bias in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, alternative dispute resolution, property law, intellectual property & ICT law, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking law and securitization, regulatory compliance and advisory. He possesses an in depth understanding of the business environment and more so in specialized industries, hence translating their broad range of legal needs into viable tailor-made solutions for specific clients.

He has previously worked at Abdullahi, Gitari & Odhiambo Advocates, Muma & Kanjama Advocates, Otieno, Yogo & Ojuro Advocates and has possessed immense wealth of experience in various areas of practice.
